I am looking forward to my next baking moments. I want to make E'clairs. I am really thrilled :) One more thing, I cannot wait for the next class with Stephane. That's what I love about travelling. I get to learn how to create and taste new food :) It's really exciting and seeing the creations come alive is the greatest feeling I could have imagined. IT IS SO MUCH FUN! What makes it so fun is that I get to learn from the greatest teacher. Just thinking of Stephane's class will put a smile on my face. I AM IN BLISS :)
