LEMON CAKE :)

I baked that yesterday and it taste great. If you have the time, try this recipe. It is pretty simple.

200 grams wheat flour
150 grams crystal sugar
175 grams margarine / butter
1/4 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon lemon zests
10 grams baking powder
6 pcs whole eggs

Prepare 20cm cake tin and grease the cake tin with margarine and sprinkle some flour on it.. Heat up your oven to 170C.

In a medium size bowl, cream sugar and margarine / butter until the colour turn whitish.

Then, add in the eggs one by one. Continue mixing untuil well combined.

Then, add in the baking powder, wheat flour and salt that have been sifted.

Finally, add in the lemon zest. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake it for approximately 50 minutes or until it's well cooked i.e. when skewer is inserted and it comes out clean.
