I baked ALMOND BLOSSOMS today. As usual, it is an avenue for me to de-stress. Come and have a look at these pictures :)

All-Purpose Flour

Almond Meal

Butter + Egg Yolk + Salt + Vanilla Essence [Use Almond Essence if you can get it at your ingredients shop]

Form it into a dough.

Bake them at 175C for 15 minutes or until golden. ENJOY!
