Ok, let's do this. I have to learn how to eat right from now on. I must get started and do whatever I could do immediately to improve my blood sugar regulation because I WANT TO FEEL BETTER RIGHT AWAY, especially before I embark in my 2nd lease of life in 2 weeks time. I must start taking the road to good health.
