There is nothing wrong in trying to better ourselves everyday. And for this month, let's try baking QUICHE.

White Morsel Cookies

Here is a recipe that is worth trying. It's lovely when it's enjoyed with your loved ones for tea, especially during winter :)

WHITE MORSEL COOKIES

Ingredients:

All purpose Flour  260gr

Bicarbonate of Soda  1 teaspoon

Salt 1 teaspoon

Butter 150gr

Castor Sugar  90gr

Brown Sugar  100gr

Vanilla Essence  1 teaspoon

Eggs 1 nos

White Chocolate Morsels   350g [ I used TOLL HOUSE Chocolates]

Method:

Line baking trays with non-stick papers and preheat the oven to 175 degree celcius.

Sift together the flour and bicarbonate of soda. Then, add in the salt.

Cream butter with sugars until fluffy. Then, add in the egg. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Gradually add in the flour mixture. Lastly, add in the white morsels.

Use two tablesppons to shape the batter into balls and drop them on the lined trays. Leave about 2cm apart.

bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes before transfering the cookies to wire racks to cool.

You may enjoy your white morsels cookies with some vanilla ice cream or even chocolate chunk ice cream or any other flavours of your choice.

Most of all, your heart was only filled with LOVE~ Love For YOURSELF & anyone you met. Look at all the babies around you. You were once a baby, too. You were once such a loving, trusting creatures who weren't exposed to that experience called LIFE and the hurts, disappointments and rejections it inevitably brings. But why must you now be afraid, be sad, and at times not motivated? When once, you were full of courage to take the enormous risks every single day. You were so brave when you were learning to walk, to talk, to explore and to try all the new things. After all, all those experiences were once new to you. That person is deep inside you.
