Aden rajin buat ni. Hari ini, Aden buat ROTI KIRAI/ ROTI JALA lagi. Almost once a month, I'll cook Chicken Curry & Laced Pancake [Roti Jala]. Kalau nak resipi online berlambak-lambak. Tinggal google saja :) But I still prefer my Mama's recipe :)




And when it turned out GREAT, you can see the colour of joy pass over my face.

I had recently fallen in love in cooking and eating. Sebab itulah muka pun dah jadi empat segi sekarang. I LOVE TRYING OUT MY MAMA's recipe :)

Try this~

1/2 kg Wheat Flour
salt to tate
1 egg
2 1/2 cups of warer
1 cup of fresh milk

Method of Preparation:-

1.Whisk all the above.
2.Use a fnnel and lace it on a non-stick pan
3.Fold it ito a half open fan.
4.Ready to be served with Chicken Curry :)

It has been two nights. I am so frustrated. I have been awaken by awful dreams. And I don't think I can tolerate this abuse. It is literally abusing me mentally, physically & emotionally. The kind of disrepect that STUPID COW is showing me! I can sue her for contempt! Sumpah bagai nak rak dengan Quran and see what she is doing now?

I AM DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO LEARN HOW TO STOMACH THIS PURE EVIL AND PURE AWFULNESS! Sampai mati I tidak akan ampunkan dia. Ikut suka hati nak menyihir orang.

For some mysterious reasons, it could escape. ESCAPED FROM ITS PRISON! Now it is causing me emotional havoc. I cannot sleep at night. I am very worried. Why shouldn't I? I am in danger. Of course I MUST BE WORRIED. My home which has been my very own private heaven has quickly descend into a into a private hell the minute I knew of its escape. How emotionally stressful! I AM DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO ALLOW THAT COW TO DESTROY MY FAITH!

Have you ever felt imprisoned in yourself? My stress level in reaching the max now. I need some time to calm down and breathe. All these idiotic things are killing me. WHY IS SHE SO MEAN? Is she a human or not?

On the scale of 10, this Jenglot issue should be put at the very top of the list of most stressful event people will ever undergo in their lives. But guess what's second on the list? TO KNOW THE MRS JENGLOT HERSELF!

EMOTIONALLY ABUSED

I am currently emotionally and mentally abused. I wrote this to Syahrul earlier this morning~

SOMETIMES LIFE IS TOO HARD TO BE ALONE, AND SOMETIMES LIFE IS TOO GOOD TO BE ALONE.

And it's pretty scary when you know some people need to have companions with Jenglots for self satisfaction. What kind of a marriage is that? SILLY PEOPLE!

Dahlah sibuk bikin anak setan, sibuk menyihir orang pulak! Memang dasar celaka to the max! I seriously disapprove of that silly attitudes! MAY SHE BURN NOW AND ROT AND BURN IN HELL! Ameen.

And I confided in my best friend~!

Enough of my wild imaginations. Let's talk about what happened this morning.

I COOKED NASI LEMAK FOR THE 1ST TIME IN MY LIFE!!! Yup, that is right. FIRST TIME and it turned out great :) Alhamdulillah. And since I have quite a number of International silent blog readers, I would love to share the recipe with all of them here. I hope they'll take some time to try out this simple and famous dish in Malaysia. Basically, you can find NASI LEMAK everywhere in Malaysia. If you ever come to Malaysia, be sure to try some Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai and have some TEH TARIK.


THE COCONUT MILK RICE [NASI LEMAK]


One and half cup of Basmathi Rice
One Cup of Coconut Milk
One and half Cup of Mineral Water
5 Screwpine Leaves [Tied Into A Knot]
One Stalk of Lemon Grass [Bruised]
2cm of Fresh Ginger [sliced]

Fenugreek Seeds [1 pinch]


Put all the above in the rice cooker, click 'ON' and cook as usual.



That's how it'll look when it's done *smiles* Nice, huh?

People in Malaysia usually eat Nasi Lemak with Anchovies Sambal but I made Squid Sambal instead.



Squid [cleaned and sliced finely into rings]
15 Red Chillies - pounded into paste (more or use a few bird's eye chilli if you prefer spicier)
1 Onion - sliced
10 Shallot - sliced and pounded into paste

1 stalk of Lemon grass - finely sliced
2 tablespoons of Tamarind Juice
A little bit of water [in case it gets too dry]
2 tablespoons of Chilli Sauce [optional]
An inch block of Dried Shrimp Paste [Belacan] - Powdered
A pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of Brown Sugar

Methods:

* Heat Cooking Oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the sliced shallots, pounded chillies & pounded onions until fragrant.
* Stir Well
* Add in Tamarind Juice, Belacan, Chilli Sauce and salt to taste. Add in the brown sugar.
* Add a little water if the sauce is too thick.
* Stir in the sliced squid and let it boil over medium heat, covered for around 20 minutes

p/s- You may also add some shredded kaffir lime leaves [daun limau purut] for a fresher aroma.



CONDIMENTS



Hard Boiled Eggs
Fried Groundnuts
Fried Anchovies
Sliced Cucumber

Before I came here, I was planning to cook RENDANG AYAM :) But I didn't get the chance to. However, upon my arrival and after my first meal (lunch) yesterday, I am adamant that the minute I arrived Kuala Lumpur, I am going to cook my favourite RENDANG AYAM. No one should be given the privilege to stop me from cooking my favourite dishes. If I want to eat, I cook. And if other people don't like it, BE IT! The thing is, I AM COOKING IT!!! Remember that. Eat what you want to eat, Aden. Don't ever forget to listen to your heart. What you enjoy eating might not be what others would enjoy. But who cares? YOU ARE BEYOND CARING, for Goodness Sake!

SHOULD I VISIT THE MUSEUM today? Oh my God! I just cannot tahan the smell. This has to be KARMA. Lari dari idiots, jumpa more idiots! Ya ALLAH...Tolonglah Hamba-MU ini. Amin.

Syahrul & Razi will understand me well as both of them were there and had regarded me in concern. I am pretty sure that they tried their best to keep me in great shape and so that I won't end up in hospital. One thing for sure, nasib baiklah kita tak ikut TOUR! Seriously unimpressed, to be honest.

If you ask me what is so special about this particular place? I guess the perfect answer is, it's JUST BLACK! LITERALLY BLACK! Frictionless nothing. Sorry if I appear harsh because I am seriously sick of the people here.

What made me more frustrated was my freshly washed hair smelled like them the minute I arrived home! OHHH...what a huge disaster!
